private rooms. Each room has a private bath and many of these
baths are wheelchair accessible.

laundry as well as an expansive deck that overlooks a charming
landscape.

a residential neighborhood of New Hope, amenities such as banking,
grocery, pharmacy, post office, the local library and several
churches are well within walking distance of the Villa.
- Also within
walking distance are shops, galleries, restaurants, the Bucks
County Playhouse and the Delaware Canal State Park, which borders
the Delaware River. The area is ideal for those who like to bike,

- Applicants
will be single men and women eighteen years of age and above,
who are living with a disability documented by the Social Security
Administration. They need not be a current resident of Bucks
County or Pennsylvania. They must be capable of self-care
and able to join in the spirit of communal living. Bucks Villa
